  • Delivery images

  • Testimonials

  • Vehicle delivery information

  • Identifiable customer information

By uploading any content to the Platform, the dealership represents and warrants that:

  1. The dealership has obtained written authorization, release, or consent from any individual identifiable in the content.

  2. Such authorization includes consent for:

    • Digital publication

    • Marketing use

    • Social media distribution

    • Website display

    • Mobile application display

  3. The dealership has complied with all applicable privacy laws, advertising laws, and consumer protection laws.

B. Indemnification

Dealerships agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
